It seems to be a season suitable for eating oysters.
After the oysters are rinsed clean, add a little wine, salt, ginger and garlic to catch them.
Then pour the starch into the oyster. If it is a large oyster, wrap the starch directly to the egg and then stick the bread. If it is a small one, use the starch as a binder to hold the oysters together. Gently pinch (do not crush the oyster too hard), pinch it and then stick the egg and bread.
Heat the oil in the oil pan to about 170 degrees and fry the oysters in the pan. It is good to fry until golden, and it won't be fried for too long.
