I only like the kind of lotus root that is stewed with powder. I remember when I was a child, my dad used lotus roots to fry meat. This is the dish I least like. The lotus root is not cooked enough or hard. I don’t like the lotus root. I always feel the throat every time I swallow. There is still that feeling to the chest. This smashed meatball was made by me last year. It is still not good for the second time, and the shape is not round enough. Redo the next day, the lotus root only put a little bit of water to stir, and there is no stirring very fine, or granular, squeeze out some water, only put some flour starch, much better than last time.
Wash the lotus roots, chop them, chop them, put them into a blender, stir them into mud, and squeeze out the excess water.
