Mung bean sprouts are washed and controlled.
Put the base oil in the country, sauté the garlic slices, pour the lentils, stir fry a few times, add about 30 grams of water. Cover the lid and turn to low heat for 3-4 minutes, the purpose is to fully mature the lentils. Open the lid and turn to the fire, wait for the water to dry, and pour the green bean sprouts.
Add the right amount of salt and soy sauce. Stir fry for about a minute, and wait until the green bean sprouts are slightly softer.
