The first time I made a dish about Huaishan, it was delicious.
Sliced yam and sliced ham.
Pour a little oil into the pan, heat and pour the ham slices into a small fire.
Pour into the Huaishan slice and stir fry for a minute.
Add a pinch of salt, add a bowl of water and cook until the water is dry.

1. Wear gloves when cutting the Huaishan skin, otherwise the hands will be itchy. 2, Huaishan should be soaked in water after peeling, or it will soon turn yellow. 3, also in the water after slicing, the reasons are as above. 4, the best meal to eat, or Huaishan will become black.
