Every week I will eat three or four times of fungus. This scavenger is really cute. Don't eat, I always miss it! Stir-fry with oyster sauce, so that the plain and tasteless fungus becomes rich in taste, full of appetite, super meal!
Ingredients: dry fungus and tenderloin.
Wash the tenderloin and shred.
Mix well with raw powder, soy sauce, soy sauce, chicken powder, pepper, sugar, sesame oil and water, and marinate for 30 minutes.
Hot oil pan.
Put in the fungus and stir fry.
Pour in the right amount of oyster sauce.
Stir fry for two minutes, shovel and set aside.
Pour the right amount of olive oil into the original pot.
Add the marinated shredded pork, stir-fry until the pork is discolored, and return the fungus to the pan.
Pour the simmered juice (use the remaining sauce in the marinated pork bowl, add the right amount of water and raw powder to be OK).
Stir fry until the juice is collected.
Put the right amount of green onion.
Stir-fry evenly, you can turn off the fire.
Stir-fry fungus should use oyster sauce, which is more delicious than soy sauce.
