Originally, I wanted to fry corn shoots with pork belly. I didn’t have a house at home. I was too lazy to go to the vegetable market to buy it. I just had a few duck legs at home, so I switched to the duck leg. The salty and mixed corn shoots of the duck leg are sweet and delicious!
Prepare all materials
Boil a pot of water and put the washed duck leg into the water for two minutes.
Remove and wash with warm water, spare parts for spare (if you eat lighter, you can soak the duck leg in warm water for more than ten minutes and then pick up the pieces).
Another pot of water is burned, and the washed and cut corn shoots are poured into the water for two or three minutes, and then drained and drained for use.
