This is one of my favorite dishes.
Buyed duck meat washed and cut into pieces
Oil in the pot, preheating
Add garlic and garlic
Stir fry for about ten minutes and add salt
Adjust the small fire and add half a bowl of white wine (just in case of fire when adding white wine), then stir fry for a while
Add water to cover the duck meat and cook for about 15 minutes.
After 15 minutes, prepare the raw powder and soy sauce and mix well.
Put it in for a minute and you can cook it.
This method can also be used to stir goose meat, which is also very delicious.
