I am a pepper control. ~~~~(>_<)~~~~
Pour the duck into cubes, put in the plate, add the appropriate amount of oyster sauce, salt, cooking wine, water starch, a little white sugar, mix well and marinate for 15 minutes.
Put the oil in the hot pot, put the pepper, ginger, garlic, and sauté the sauté, then add the marinated duck slices, stir fry until the duck is changed.
Stir fry for about two or three minutes, (if you feel too dry, put a spoonful of broth), and finally put the right amount of soy sauce, diced green onion, stir well and then serve.
1. The duck meat is salted during pickling, so you don't need to put more salt when you fry; just a little amount.
