Quick hand home cooking, suitable for the party ~
Wash the duck plaque and cut the celery into small pieces.
Add one spoonful of soy sauce and cooking wine, and marinate for fifteen minutes. Filter out excess water and add a little starch to mix well.
Put the oil in the hot pot, sauté the scallions, ginger and garlic, and add the hot peppers. Add the duck scallions and stir fry until they are broken. Add soy sauce, a small spoonful of sugar and a little cooking wine to taste.
Pour in the celery and stir fry until it is broken.
