Originally prepared to do braised chicken legs, but no old smoke. Temporary intention to make a chicken bone, unexpectedly delicious.
Wash the chicken legs and remove the bones.
Ginger and garlic are cut into pieces, and the parsley is cut into pieces. After the mushrooms are soaked, they are cut into pieces.
Chicken leg meat with chopped ginger, cooking wine, soy sauce, a little raw powder marinated for 15-20 minutes.
Put the oil on the hot pot and pour in the garlic. (Personal preference is to first sauté the oil with garlic).
Pour the marinated chicken leg meat, stir fry until it is discolored, and add the mushroom pieces. Add raw soy sauce and oyster sauce seasoning.
Stir fry until the scent overflows, add a little water, and simmer for 10 minutes with medium and small heat.
Add coriander or green onion and stir fry a few times.
