The food I love is a combination of fresh ingredients and simple practices. The seasonings are used as little or as little as possible, and the original flavor of the food can be tasted best. Those dishes that are too finely crafted often don't leave me an impression.
1. Chicken legs are bone-cut, black pepper, soy sauce, salt, chicken powder, raw meal, peanut oil and hand grasp. 2. Wash the cabbage, onion, red pepper, onion and garlic. 3. Hot oil pan, pour the chicken leg granules quickly to the discoloration, and serve as a spare. 4. Pour the remaining oil in the pot into the round pepper, onion, and red pepper. Stir fry a few times, then pour in the chicken leg, garlic, ginger and stir fry a few times and add the appropriate amount of salt and green onion. Turn off the fire on the saucer.
