When I have time, I will buy some raw chicken. I will wash it with seasoning sauce. It is especially delicious when I eat snacks. However, I still like to make fried chicken chop when I am going to eat rice, mainly because fried chicken is not like chicken sauce. It takes so much time, as long as 10 minutes to make a plate, and in the taste and the sauce is not the same, the stir-fry is slightly a little tenacious, inside a little left soup, used to mix rice especially for dinner.
Wash the chicken chop and put it in a clean pot, put it in 2 tablespoons of salt, then rinse it out with water.
Cut the chicken chop into thin slices (the thinner the better), cut the pepper into silk, cut the onion ginger into the end
Heat the wok into the oil, add the scallions to the sauté
Add the onion ginger and stir fry
Then put the chicken into a big fire, pour the cooking wine along the side of the pot, and then stir fry
Put in soy sauce and pepper powder or stir fry, this time the chicken will have soup, it’s okay to stir fry
Until the soup is quick to fry (leave the soup and eat with rice), put a little salt (the pepper is salty, the salt must be less) and stir well with the green pepper.
