This dish is my daughter's favorite. Simple and nutritious. The key is to use cheap materials. You can do it all year round.
The potato is cut into strips of small fingers and ropes.
Celery cut into an inch long
Put the potatoes in the oil and fry until golden brown
Pour the celery and stir fry for 3 to 5 minutes. Add the pepper noodles and add salt.
Pour 3 tablespoons of soy sauce and stir fry
You should fry the potato strips with a small fire. The remaining oil will be absorbed by the celery. It is a very good vegetarian dish.
