Prepare the seasoning, see flowchart C
Paste the sliced burdock (see flow chart D), then place it in a hot oil pan, fry it to medium with medium heat, and remove the excess oil.
Another pot, heat a spoonful of oil, put the seasoning into the frying pan and push it into the burdock and stir fry until the seasoning is evenly sautéed with sirloin, sprinkle with sesame seeds, mix well and serve.
