It’s too late to go to work late on weekdays and then go shopping. Therefore, every weekend when I go to the market, I will buy some vegetables, fruits, roots, etc. that can be kept for a while, but I like the leaves of my favorite leafy vegetables like Artemisia scoparia. Bacon is bought by a certain treasure, um, after the first time, the order is placed and replenished!
Slice the bacon, wash the cut pieces of Artemisia argyi, cut ginger, and slice the garlic. Vegetables, I usually take the rice water to 15-20MIN, sometimes sprinkle some salt.
From the oil pan, after the pot is hot, pour the olive oil into the palm of your hand (in fact, it can be less, the bacon is much oily)
Ginger, garlic, saute
Into the bacon slices, stir-fry until the fat is partially transparent, then the basil.
When the artemisia is soft, turn to a small fire, add a little bit of soy sauce, salt seasoning, out of the pot!
