The lemon sauce is delicious with some bread, muffins and yoghurt. I always like it. I use a handful of fried rice with lemon sauce to make you have unexpected surprises.
Wash the lemon, rub the silk, do not use the white part, just rub the surface layer.
Squeezing lemon juice, about 140g
Lemon juice, lemon, sugar, and salt are added to the pot for cooking.
Add butter to the pot, stir until melted, turn off the heat
Egg yolk and egg white break up
Slowly pour into the pot, stir while stirring, add all over low heat for 5 minutes. If you want to be thicker, you can take more time.
