The tarts are taken out and frozen, and the oven is preheated at 200 degrees. Milk is heated by water and melted with sugar.
Add 2 tablespoons of condensed milk to the milk and mix well.

Take two eggs to take the egg yolk, stir it and filter it again (personal feeling only use egg yolk to add tenderness to the egg white)
Pour the egg yolk into the cooled milk, mix well, filter it again, then pour it into the tart, 7-8
The oven is fired at 220 degrees for about 25 minutes.
