In the hot summer, I love the simple and easy to cook salad!
Dutch beans go to both ends and stems, wash!
Flammulina mushrooms go to the roots and wash!
Boil a pot of water and cook into the mushroom for 2 minutes! Pick up and drain the water, spare!
Boil the water again (or change the pot if you pay attention to it), add the beans and cook for 2 minutes! Pick up, pass the ice water (if there is no ice water, it can be, but the taste of the peas will be much crisper after the ice water)! Drain the water, spare!
Cut the peas diagonally into filaments! (The cut is slightly finer and the taste is better)
Put the mushroom and the peas into the bowl, add the appropriate amount of salt, sesame oil, and mix well!
1 Dutch beans must be tender, flat, and the beans are not the kind of drums! 2 You can add one or two dried peppers yourself!
