Chopping ginger and garlic
Millet pepper slices
Pork (fat and thin) slice
Baby dish cleaned and cut into four petals
After all the materials are ready, add oil to the pot. After the oil is hot, add ginger, minced garlic and millet pepper.
Add the pieces of meat and fry until discolored.
Add the baby dish and soy sauce and continue to stir-fry until the baby dish is soft.
