This is a must-have dish for my New Year's holiday. No one is old or young.



  1. Cut the ribs into small pieces, a little salt and starch and marinate for half an hour. The potato cutting knives and ribs are about the same size.

  2. Scallions, garlic and millet peppers are chopped, add soy sauce, cooking wine, vinegar, salt, sugar and mix well.

  3. The medium heat will fry the ribs and potatoes.

  4. Potatoes and ribs are drained from the oil plate, and the prepared small ingredients are poured on top.
