Sesame peanut candy
Peanuts are fried in the pan (not oil). Remove the peanut red after cooling. Black sesame I bought is fried.
Bring the maltose, sugar, water, and salt into the fire in the pan and simmer slowly.
Put the peanuts in the food bag and mash them with a rolling pin. (I like to eat large grains, so I press it a little.)
Mix the sesame seeds and peanuts together, pour them into the syrup, stir them quickly, and pour all the peanut butter into the oiled container (I used the Kass toast box). Really, slice when the temperature is too cold. Delicious peanut butter without added is ready.
The syrup must be in place, too thin to become a soft candy, too thick peanuts, sesame seeds have not been stirred and hardened. The degree to which the syrup is drawn to the wire is enough.
