I found a lot of curry shrimp in the kitchen. I have to use milk coconut milk or a lot of other ingredients. I feel that it is more troublesome. I decided to create a simple recipe.
Wash the base shrimp and cut the intestines
Peel, wash and cut onions and potatoes
Pour the potatoes into the water and pour off the water
Put the shrimp in the hot oil pan (oil about 40g) and stir fry until discolored
Pour in potatoes and onions and continue to stir until cooked
Add curry (I chose the curry as shown)
Add water and stir fry until the curry thickens. Then cover the lid for two minutes.
