Notes:

Originally prepared to pass directly to other recipes, but I just tasted a little, it is so delicious, not willing to grievance so beautiful and delicious things ~ Lazy version: cranberry dry and rum 1:1 bubble 24 hours OK ~ such as 30g cranberry dry with 30ml rum sauce ~

Steps:

  1. Wash the cranberries and dry them. Use a toothpick to poke some holes in the cranberry, or chop directly

  2. a layer of cranberry layer of rock sugar placed

  3. After putting it in, pour in rum. Cover the lid and let it stand for 1 month. After soaking for 2 weeks, shake every two or three days.

Tips:

I only dunk for 4 days, the aroma of cranberry has already come out, I think I can drink it, but for a better taste, still save for a month~
