In general, home-made jelly, condensed ingredients are generally available in two types, agar, and gelatin tablets. The foods that are condensed by these two ingredients are different in taste. The agar will be slightly harder, some face, not so Q-shaped, the gelatin tablets will be relatively smooth and have a mouth-watering taste. So at the beginning of the selection, I chose Geely Ding to make jelly, but...but...the ratio of the different concentrations of the gelatine tablets in the different concentrations of jelly is still the existence of fruit, not at all Condensation, after some painstaking reading of the information, I realized that it was the catastrophe of kiwifruit. The fruit enzymes in kiwifruit will break down the protein, which will make the gelatin tablets not condense (such fruits and papaya), but against such fruits. There is no such thing as no way, just cook them in advance. Because the amount of information is too large, the video is not well communicated, so I switched to agar as a condensing material to do the content of this jelly.
Cut the strawberries, kiwi, and mango into granules of the same size, add the blueberries, and sprinkle the amount of sugar to pick the fruit.
Take 5g of agar and soak it in cold water. After about half an hour, you can see that the agar strips are so white and evenly white.
Pour 350ml of cold water into the agar bar and heat it in the pot. As the heating process, the agar strip will be completely dissolved and dissolved in the water.
When the agar is completely dissolved, add 25g of white sugar (the amount of sugar can be adjusted according to your own taste is not a hard rule)
Pour half a lemon of lemon juice into agar to add flavor
Put the simmered agar solution slightly to lower the temperature to avoid pouring the fruit into the fruit, but you can't stand it for too long and completely cool it, because the agar solution will condense at room temperature.
1/2 cup of marinated fruit in a mold
Pour the agar solution over the amount of fruit
Continue to add fruit
Finally top up the agar solution
Generally, it can be condensed at room temperature. In order to be quicker, it can be placed in the refrigerator to help the warm agar quickly cool down to reach condensation.
Finally, the agar jelly with the colorful fruit pieces released from the mold is finished.
Don't ask me if there is a hole in the middle of the mold. Because I made two, this is the other mold that I made. ^_^
