  1. Wash the pig liver (preferably using the liver) into the pot, add cooking wine, ginger, pepper, green onion until you can poke the blood without water.

  2. Ginger, garlic, millet, soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, pepper powder, chili oil, sesame oil and juice.

  3. Cut the pork liver after cooling, pour the sauce, add the shallots and parsley, mix well and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
