Cold pig skin is refreshing and nutritious, sour and delicious
1. Pig skin first simmered in water, then scraped off the remaining pig hair and oil, put it into the pot, add wine, ginger, salt, soy sauce for about 20 minutes, use chopsticks to insert it and remove it.
