Carrots are peeled and cut into small dices; cucumbers are washed with salt to clean the skin and then seeded and diced; sweet corn is peeled
Carrot and sweet corn are cooked in a pan, drained and drained
Cucumber dices soaked in cool white for a while
After the carrots and corn kernels are cool, mix with the cucumber and season with salt.
Add the salad dressing and mix well. (In summer, it’s more delicious when it’s chilled)
