The atmosphere of Christmas is getting stronger and stronger. Try this rice ball, kids will love it! The idea comes from the pin Mito, I tried it, very interesting! The details are always a little bit worse, but our little za small pot friends are very supportive~ haha~ This recipe has the production process of quail egg snowman, sausage Christmas stocking and Santa rice ball. You can also try it alone~
Prepare materials. Add the water to the small pot and boil the broccoli, the corn kernels are cooked, the crab sticks and the quail eggs are cooked (there are written in the steps).
1 Make a little snowman: Cut off the two ends of the quail egg, and cut the small sausage. (Trick or treat with cold water and a little salt for 8 minutes, peeling the shell for use.)
Use a toothpick to string the quail eggs and sausage slices, as shown.
Insert the toothpick as a small hand and decorate with seaweed, carrots and corn kernels.
2 Make Christmas stockings: Cut the small sausages as shown, cut the head, and cut a knife from the middle.
Place the next small piece of sausage horizontally, use the quail egg piece as the sock, and finally fix it with a toothpick.
3 Making Santa Claus: The right amount of rice is wrapped in plastic wrap, and it is made into a rice ball. The head is slightly pointed and easy to wear a hat.
Cook the crab stick with water and do not peel off the plastic paper when cooking! This step is prepared in advance~ The red part of the crab stick is placed on the upper part of the rice ball and fixed with a toothpick in a pointed shape, as shown below.
Take a semi-circular sausage slice to make a face, cut the carrot into thin circles, make a nose and blush, and finally cut the eyes and mouth with seaweed.
Finally, we made a lunch box: the bottom of the rice, the lettuce, put the three parts made in front, put in the broccoli and small tomatoes, and finally sprinkle with corn and other decorations.
