Chives are the favorite summer vegetables in the childhood, the unique aroma of chives, long wrapped around the heart, with tender meat, crisp and delicious.  Amaranth is rich in water, protein, fat, sugar, ash, mineral calcium, phosphorus, iron, vitamin A, vitamin B1, vitamin B2, vitamin C and dietary fiber. Suitable for night blindness, dry eye disease people eat, because the large amount of vitamin A contained in the leek flower can maintain the normal performance of rhodopsin. Also suitable for people with rough skin and constipation.

  1. After the pork is shredded, use salt, cooking wine, a spoonful of water starch, and mix it for 20 minutes.

  2. Cut the cauliflower, simmer with a pinch of salt, grab it slightly, marinate for 5 minutes.

  3. Sauce sauce: soy sauce, a small spoon of sugar, chicken powder, 50g water starch blending

  4. After 20 minutes, start the pot, hot oil, small fire musk ginger, stir-fry the pork, stir in the medium heat

  5. After the meat is discolored, stir fry a few times and add the cauliflower. After frying, add the red pepper and stir fry for 1 minute until the break.

  6. Stir fry evenly, add the sauce, turn to the fire

Tips:

The color of the cauliflower is gorgeous, the flavor is rich, and the fire is stir-fried. The end of the cut is over the head. Once it gets older, the taste is much harder.  After the fresh meat is evenly mixed with starch, add appropriate amount of water and the meat looks more full.
