Always think that buckwheat and chicken breasts are good partners. I feel that I can eat four people in the following quantities. I ate two meals a day. Cut the onion and the bell pepper first, and cut the garlic. The rest can be cut while cooking, otherwise the vegetables will be easy to dry. Cut the chicken breast into small pieces of about 2cm.
Stir-fry the garlic and onion in olive oil for about 4 minutes, add the bell pepper and fry for 3 minutes, stir fry from time to time. Add chicken breast pieces and fry for 5 minutes on medium heat.
Add salt, black pepper powder, buckwheat, stir well with water, boil, cover, and cook for 12 minutes. (There are more than enough chopped zucchini and broccoli during this period)
Add chopped zucchini and broccoli, stir well, and cook for another 15 minutes.
Add half a slice of tomato and virgin fruit and parsley to serve.
I used the cast iron pot directly, so in the step 2, the chicken breast is fried first, otherwise it will be cooked.
