Raw chestnuts are peeled off for use.
Chicken legs are smashed into pieces.
Put cold water in the pot, put a small onion, and then add the chicken pieces. After the fire is boiled, cook for another 2 minutes. After the floating foam, remove the chicken pieces for use.
