Fragrant but not greasy
Chestnut wash (I use the ready-made peeled chestnut bought by the supermarket). The pork belly is cut and the water is cleaned.
Put the oil in the pan, add the onion, ginger, pepper, octagonal musk after the oil is hot.
Put the pork belly in the water and stir it evenly
Add cooking wine to cook incense, soy sauce, stir fry evenly
Pour enough hot water without the pork belly, boil over high heat, continue to stew on low heat
After stewing pork belly for half an hour, put in the peeled chestnut, continue to stew for 20 minutes, add the right amount of rock sugar and stir well, add a little salt to taste.
Chestnut can't be stewed for too long, if the time is too long and easy to break
