In the winter, I made a butter cookie. Anyway, I just got started. The butter cookie is not a terrible pattern, but it is a broken flower bag. Later, after reading the butter version, I tried it and changed it slightly.
(I didn't take pictures at the beginning) Prepare a pot, add an egg, add the white sugar and mix it (the winter is heated by water, let the sugar melt completely), the vegetable oil is added in three times, and the mixture is evenly mixed every time. Emulsification should be done well. I used a manual egg beater to stir.
Sift 140g of flour, put it in the well-mixed pot, and mix it from top to bottom from the left until it is mixed (similar to the hurricane stirring method)
Use the medium-sized cookie 裱 flower mouth, large 裱 flower bag (what kind of what you use at home), put the batter into the 裱 flower bag, and squeeze it out on the baking tray. Try to have the same shape and size in one plate (I tried to shape it, and finally it caused some inconsistencies)
The oven is preheated in advance, I use the nine yang, 160 degrees and 20 minutes or so. The oven is not the same, just look at it when you do it.
The material is relatively simple, and it is relatively simple to do. There is nothing to pay special attention to. When the egg and sugar and oil are stirred, be sure to stir evenly. When I first do it, I will eventually make the dough. There is a lot of oil next to it.
