Oil under the pot, under the bean paste, stir fry the red oil. Let the beef, stir fry. Add onion ginger. Pour a can of beer, I make beef or ducks and love beer if it’s not stewed.
Transfer to the casserole and heat the water to level with the beef. Boil the fire, simmer for 2 to 2.5 hours
After the beef is soft, add the radishes and garlic. I love the soft garlic grains after stewing. This is purely personal preference. After another 20 minutes, the radish is soft and the juice is collected.
