Because I like to eat roasted cashew nuts, I also have a lot of cashew nuts at home. So I made a reference to Jun's almond biscuits. I tried it twice. I still like the first time, so my favorite friends can do it. I also said that it was delicious before I gave food to everyone! ! ! The amount of square is just the standard biscuit mold, about 24 pieces can be cut.
After the butter is softened, whipped with a whisk to loose hair
Pour brown sugar and continue to mix evenly
Add the egg mixture three times, whipped each time and mix the egg with the butter and add it again. After mixing thoroughly, pour in the corn oil and continue to whipped until it appears as a fluffy cream.
After sifting into low-gluten flour, mix it with a spatula until there is no dry powder, then add cashew nuts and mix well.
Wrap the dough in plastic wrap, shape it into a biscuit mold, or knead it into a favorite shape. After shaping, put it into the refrigerator and freeze it for more than 1 hour.
After freezing, cut into 5-8mm thick pieces with a sharp knife
Preheat the oven for 180 degrees, the middle layer for 18-20 minutes, and see the browning around the biscuits.
If the brown sugar is cut with a large piece like me, it must be chopped, and it doesn't matter if there are small particles. This way, the flavor is better and the corn oil is better because it doesn't like too much crispness, and it doesn't feel so oily (self-deception, haha) If you don't like a bit hard, you can change it to butter.
