Recipe: Bread machine whole wheat bread
Notes:
This recipe can make 1.5 lbs of bread
Ingredients:
- Clear water 1.25 cups / 296 ml
- Vegetable oil 2 tbsp / 30 ml
- Salt 1.5 tsp / 7.4 ml
- Sugar 2 tbsp / 30 ml
- Milk powder 2 tbsp / 30 ml
- Gluten powder 4 tsp / 20 ml
- Whole wheat flour 3.5 cups / 828 ml
- Breadmaker yeast 1.5 tsp / 7.4 ml
Steps:
