Preparation 1: Put salt, sugar and butter first
Preparation 2: Add 250g high powder, 170ml milk, and finally put 4g yeast
Production: Bai Cui bread machine selected 2 files (and wind / British), weight selection 500g, burnt color selection
Production: During the mixing process (before fermentation), pour 50g of cranberry, cranberry should be used for 2 hours or more in advance.
