On Mother's Day, I made a simple and delicious braised chicken wings for Mommy. Mommy is very happy.



  1. The chicken wings are soaked in blood and washed. Use a knife to cut two knives on the chicken wings so that it is good for pickling.

  2. Use two tablespoons of cooking wine, two tablespoons of soy sauce, one spoonful of salt, a small amount of onion and ginger to marinate chicken wings for at least one hour.

  3. Pour the cold chicken oil into the marinated chicken wings and sauce, and evenly fry the chicken wings on both sides.

  4. After frying, add a spoonful of sugar, a spoonful of vinegar, half a cup of boiling water, and simmer slowly.

  5. After boiling for fifteen minutes, the lid was opened and the broth in the pot became less and viscous. The chicken wings are already cooked. You can get the juice from the fire, sprinkle with chopped green onion and enjoy the delicious!
