My favorite braised paw
Wash your claws and remember to cut them! Then put it in the pan, put a few slices of ginger, go to the smell, and then fish it for use.
Put a proper amount of oil in the pan, then put the rock sugar, and turn on the medium heat to melt the sugar into a caramel color.
Pour the claws into the pot and stir the claws in the pot to let the caramel wrap the claws.
Then pour the prepared onion ginger and garlic into the pot and saute.
Pour in soy sauce, salt, cooking wine, stir and pour into the water, the water just drowns the claws. Then open the fire.
When the soup is half-finished, open the simmer, pour in the soy sauce, and pour in the chicken. Finally, wait for the juice to fill!
