  1. Boiling water, edamame wash

  2. Put the edamame and all the spices into the pot and put the salt. Cook over low heat and cook for 1-2 hours.

Tips:

I like the especially soft edamame, so the cooking time is based on my own preferences. The edamame that has been cooked for a long time is not so green, but the goose eats it cool, right!
