  5. Pour the prepared batter into the baking tray and use a scraper to help smooth the batter. Use force to shake once, eliminate the big bubble and then enter the oven. Bake at 180 ° C for about 15 minutes~

  6. After baking, quickly remove the egg roll blank from the baking tray, and buckle it on another piece of oil paper. After hot peeling off the oil paper on the egg roll blank, cover the torn piece of oil paper on the egg roll blank and roll the egg roll. The billet is moved to the iron frame to cool.

  7. When winding, roll the egg roll blank, under the oil pad paper, apply the cream on the egg roll blank, use the hand or crowbar to help roll the cake roll, fix it with oil paper, and put it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes, then you can cut it. Into a piece~
