The first time you send a recipe, let's start with a simple one.
Black rice glutinous rice is soaked together for one night. Note that black rice will fade, don't use a bowl that is easy to be dyed.
Put in a pot and steam for about 20 minutes on a large fire; or cook in a rice cooker. Look at your preferences like soft and hard.
Do this while cooking rice
Black rice is taken out after cooking. Steamed black rice is mixed with sugar and some dried fruit preserves are placed on the surface. Apply a proper amount of salad oil to the mold with a spoon, or put it into a good tin foil and compact it.
Steam in the pan for another four or five minutes.
