I have always preferred a variety of mushroom foods, because the ingredients themselves are delicious, so simple cooking can give off a wonderful fragrance.
Wash the mushrooms and drain them, then cut them into four portions. Two pieces of garlic cloves are chopped for use.
Preheat the pan, add the butter to melt, then put down the garlic and saute, then pour the prepared mushrooms and stir fry until the water evaporates.
Add the right amount of salt and ground black pepper granules, add the black pepper granules as you like (as a favorite seasoning, I put it a lot each time), mix well and then pan.
