Beef, oyster mushrooms, and pepper slices.
Beef granules are preserved with egg white, olive oil, oyster sauce (half), soy sauce, dried starch, and marinated for 2 hours.
The oil in the pot is slightly more than usual, and the hot beef is taken out.
Put the garlic puree in the pot, stir-fry, add the oyster mushrooms, and fry until golden.
Add the beef gravy, pour the black pepper juice, and the remaining oyster sauce, stir-fry the peppercorns for one minute.
