Focacia bread, unlike other complex breads, is not only simple to make, but also tastes great. There are no special requirements. Just take the fermentation step.
Put the high-gluten flour, salt, white sugar, water into the bread machine to stir and ferment, and put the yeast into the yeast grid, it will fall off automatically.
After one hour of simmering and fermentation is completed, take out the air inside and discharge it into the oven for about 30 minutes.
Press with your finger. If a hole appears and the dough does not return to its original state, it means the fermentation is complete.
Cut the olive into small pieces and put the dough together or knead the dough
Squeeze the dough, apply a small amount of olive oil to the dough, press some small holes, then put the black olives into the small hole and let it stand for 30 minutes for secondary fermentation.
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and bake for 20 minutes.
