Notes:

There are a few packets of black beans in the house. I don’t know how to eat them. Just want to make steamed cakes, then do black bean paste.

  1. Soak the black beans overnight and add twice as much water as the black beans.

  2. Rinse the black beans and drain.

  3. Add water to the black beans, add a little more. Boil the fire, simmer until the float, cook for a while, pour the water and rinse the beans. Pour the beans into the pot and add water until they are soaked. Boil the fire and add sugar. Small and medium-sized fires. Pick up the juice and cool the pan.

  4. Put it in a container with a lid and store it. (Do not have water in the container!!)
