  6. Continue to fry on a small fire until the surface is golden. After a little cool, cut the pieces.

Tips:

1. bitter gourd should be thinner and taste better. The amount of bitter gourd should not be too much. The egg is about 2 times the amount of bitter gourd. 2. The oil of the fried egg should not be too small, otherwise the fried egg will be dry and not fragrant. 3. The fish sauce itself has a salty taste. If you want to put the fish sauce, don't put any salt. If you don't have fish sauce, you can put salt.
