Pork belly cold water pot, add ginger, cooking wine to boil.
Wait until the pork belly is boiled until the skin is soft, remove it and let it cool, cut into pieces of about one centimeter.
Prepare all kinds of halogens, star anise, cinnamon, dried tangerine peel and so on.
Prepare a small bowl, two spoonfuls of sweet noodle sauce, two spoonfuls of Peking-style sweet sauce, two spoonfuls of soy sauce, three spoons of oil, and mix well.
Place the pork belly in the brine for 15 minutes, boil the brine, turn it into a small fire and simmer for 50 minutes, turn off the heat.
The addition of ingredients can be increased or decreased according to your own taste. If you don't like to eat pork belly, you can also make ribs, pork bones, and large rows.
