Add 25 grams of rock sugar, then close the lid, turn to a small fire, and simmer for 35-40 minutes.
After 35-40 minutes, open the lid and poke the duck leg with chopsticks. If you can easily poke it, the meat is crispy and turn to the fire.
Wait until the juice is almost thick, turn off, sprinkle, sprinkle with chopped green onion
The simple beer duck legs are ready!
