  1. Cut the beef into large pieces, add all the spices, wear a fresh-keeping bag, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate in the refrigerator overnight.

  2. Chickpeas soak in water overnight (of course, if you use canned, you don't need it)

  3. Onion diced diced, tomato diced, small pumpkin cut 5CM diameter small pieces, coriander stalk cut small pieces, prunes to the core torn

  4. Olive oil in the pot, stir-fried beef for 2 minutes

  5. Add onion and coriander stems and fry for 2 minutes.

  6. Add chickpeas and tomatoes, 200ML vegetable soup base, stir, cover and cook for 40 minutes to one hour. If water is dry, add water in time.

  7. Add small pumpkin pieces and dried plums, 200ML vegetable soup base, cook for another 40 minutes to an hour, if the water is dry, add water in time.

  8. If there is too much water, cook for another 5 to 10 minutes until it is suitable for pouring. The beef must be soft and visible.

  9. Add the right amount of salt, mix well, and serve

  10. Can be drenched in COUSCOUS, decorated with coriander leaves, sprinkled with almond slices


MIX SPICE (ALL SPICE) is a kind of mixed seasoning commonly used abroad. If you can't buy it, you can use it with cinnamon powder and nutmeg powder. Couscous is a Moroccan rice, pronounced "Couscous". If not, it is delicious with other rice instead.
